from fear to flow
Therapy and Mental Health Services
When we make room for fear without letting it shape our choices,
we make room for clarity, courage and ease. Therapy the Nidar way is not about getting rid of fear.
It is about living a life no longer organised around it.
As fear loosens its hold, there is more room to connect, create, love and live fully. From fear to flow.
The conversation starts here.
About Me
Hi, I am so glad you are here.
Today, decades later, I am a School Psychologist, Therapist, Certified Teen Facilitator, and Conscious Parent Coach. I work with individuals of all ages, families and educational institutions, offering mental health services that center emotional well-being, resilience, and self-trust.
Nidar, meaning 'fearless' in Hindi, reflects the heart of my approach. My work is about gently meeting our fears and helping people reclaim the parts of themselves that have been muted or set aside. Let's begin your journey towards the fearless together.
My Therapy Philosophy
A holistic approach, held in balance.
I attend to my clients’ emotional, social, physical and spiritual needs in tandem. Like the stones in a zen cairn, different parts of the self must be held in balance with one another. Blending eastern and western philosophy, my practice aims to make mental health care more accessible rooted in tenderness, co-regulation and the belief that beauty can be re-stitched into one’s life.
