About Me

Hi, I am so glad you are here.

Let’s begin your journey towards the fearless together.

“Nidar, meaning ‘fearless’ in Hindi, reflects the heart of my approach.”

My work is rooted in a lifelong curiosity about human relationships. Some of my oldest memories are of feeling uncertain in my friendships — hesitant to speak my mind, unsure how to move through conflict or failure.

What stayed with me though was not the fear, but the quiet awareness that another way of being was possible.

That awareness eventually shaped my professional path. Today, decades later, I am a School Psychologist, Therapist, Certified Teen Facilitator, and Conscious Parent Coach. I work with individuals of all ages, families and educational institutions, offering mental health services that center emotional well-being, resilience, and self-trust.

Nidar, meaning ‘fearless’ in Hindi, reflects the heart of my approach. I believe many emotional and relational struggles are rooted in fear. Fear of being too much or not enough, fear of rejection, fear of the unknown. My work is about gently meeting these fears and helping people reclaim the parts of themselves that have been muted or set aside.

My hope is to walk alongside you as you uncover a steadier, emotionally healthier, more authentic way of being. One that meets life with softness, strength and intention.

Let’s begin your journey towards the fearless together.
